Winery Proposal | Carter Estate Winery Temecula | Allen & Jackie
As a San Diego photographer, one of the best things about my job is meeting great people and playing a part in their important life events. Recently, I got to photograph a winery proposal at Carter Estate Winery & Resort in Temecula. Surprise proposals are so much fun to photograph and neat to witness. I love seeing how each person reacts!
The Proposal
Allen reached out to me because he wanted to propose to his girlfriend, Jackie, at a winery. They dated for two years and met while working for the Detroit Pistons. He was excited to propose and a little nervous (as to be expected). With some help from the Temecula Carriage Co., we worked out all the details and came up with the perfect location for him to pop the question.
The couple took a carriage ride around the winery and stopped at an outlook with a view of the vineyards. Luckily, I didn’t have to hide in the bushes like a stalker because the carriage driver told Jackie I was the staff photographer. Everything worked out perfect and it was such a sweet and romantic moment to witness. Jackie was surprised we were all in cahoots! LOL! Congratulations Allen and Jackie! Thank you for trusting me to capture this special moment.
If you are planning a marriage proposal and considering hiring a photographer in San Diego, I would love to chat with you. As your photographer, I will not only give you beautiful photos to commemorate the occasion but also be your co-conspirator in the planning. I can give you some tips, coordinate with other vendors and help you work out all the details so everything goes without a hitch. With me, you’ll feel confident popping the question and a yes is almost certainly guaranteed! 😉
But don’t just take my word for it. Read what my clients had to say:
“Working with Linda was amazing throughout the entire process. Prior to the proposal, I really felt at ease being able to trust Linda’s recommendations with prior experience at the venue. Throughout the shoot, Linda made my fiance and I very comfortable as she guided us through the entire time and really listened to our opinions in what was important to us. She was able to provide us with a sneak peak of the photos within 24 hours which was awesome. The finished product couldn’t have turned out more perfect in what will be a memory for us that will last a lifetime. I would strongly recommend Jalea Photography as it is truly remarkable work.” — Allen J., Google Reviews
“Let me start by just saying that working with Jalea Photography and Linda has been the best experience I’ve had with any photographer I’ve ever worked with! I work in sports and entertainment and am often working with many different photographers, and Linda is truly one of the best in terms of customer service, photo quality, timeliness with communication, and overall experience. Linda was so incredibly nice, encouraging, and fun to work with. She was artistic in terms of scenery, angles, and lighting for photos. She also took some suggestions from us, too 🙂 When I think back on this day, which was one of the best in my life, I feel so grateful to have had Linda there! I can’t wait to work with her in the future!” — Jackie B., Google Reviews
